Another Psycho in Equestria

I noticed this background pony the last time I watched "The Best Night Ever". On top of bearing a striking resemblance to American Psycho's Patrick Bateman (AKA Dubs Guy), whenever we see him in the background, standing in line to see Celestia or talking to other background ponies, he always looks utterly pissed off, much like the antisocial title character of American Psycho. The exceptions are when he's standing by himself, or interacting with Spitfire (also the musical number), when he can be seen smiling.

Any thoughts or opinions? Is this dubs pony? Has this already been pointed out and I missed it? What do you think of the Equestrian Psycho?
